CHRISTOPHER GODFREY
Lead Project Manager
Christopher Godfrey joined the ID+C team in 2018 and since then has led projects in Manhattan in luxury space such as One57 and 220 CPS. He previously led the development of Stuyvesant Town's, Peter Cooper Village renovation program, where he piloted over 1,000 renovations valued at $75M. Prior to that he worked as a Architectural Designer and has been a project manager since 2012. Christopher has over 10 years of experience in the Architectural and Construction industries, specializing in high-end residential and multi-family projects.
ALEXANDER CHIESI

Alexander Chiesi has over 23 years of experience in NYC residential and commercial construction. In 2016. Alexander formed Inspirit Development + Construction. Alexander graduated with a BA degree from Pennsylvania State University with additional coursework in Historic Preservation and outside coursework in Fair Housing, Building Codes and Management. His attention to detail and execution remains unrivaled.
ANTHONY LUPO MACK
Project Manager
Anthony is a results-oriented professional with 8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity research, Financial Modeling and Investment Analysis. He is an energetic team player with a track-record of demonstrating an ability to proactively identify problems, generate insights and drive decision making with consideration of the strategic trade-offs in the construction management and general contracting field. Anthony graduated from the School of Management at Binghamton University in 2011.
CRISTOPHER “Kip” DEMOGENES
Cristofer “Kip” Demogenes
Senior Field Operations Manager
Cristofer “Kip” Demogenes graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and majored in Architectural Technologies and Marketing. Kip’s construction experience dates back to 1980 where he apprenticed and became superintendent of his family’s development firm, PaliFord Ltd. in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He continued his construction endeavors in New York City in 1994. Mr. Demogenes has been building actively with Alex Chiesi since 1996, starting with ARC III and now with Inspirit. Experienced in site supervision and project management for various projects including high-end residential renovations to restaurant and other commercial retail spaces.
ROBERT SCHUETZ
Consultant To Operations
Robert Schuetz has over 35 years of experience as an Executive, Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager. Mr. Schuetz serves as a Consultant To Operations at Inspirit Development + Construction. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
BENJAMIN CASILLAS
Senior Field Operations Manager
Originally from Santa Monica, California, Ben has 25 years of experience as a general contractor in renovation, new construction and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Licensed in NYC & the state of California. Experienced in project management, site supervision, scheduling & estimating. He maintains strong working relationships with all ID+C partners. Mr. Casillas served in the United States Air force Ramstein, Germany.
JOSH PASTERNAK
Project Associate
Josh Pasternak is a driven recent graduate of The University At Buffalo, School of Management, where he received a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. With a background in real estate development, his attention to detail and unique project approach makes him an asset to ID+C team.
TODD TAYLOR
Lead Estimator
Todd Taylor attended Princeton University, where he studied Civil Engineering Operations Research and minored in Economics, with an emphasis in Probability, Risk Management and Game Theory, including construction project management and architecture. Mr. Taylor is dedicated to finding the real cost of a project at the benefit of the client.
